Father Leblond School : Youth Movement and Leadership Training

Father LeBlond School believes in Pupil Participation and Pupil Ownership. The pupils are encouraged to participate in decision-making concerning all pupil welfare related issues. They are also trained in and entrusted with the task of planning and organizing various events of the school and thus honing their decision making and problem solving skills.

The management at FLS also sincerely envisages the school to be a pupil-led one. And, therefore, with the objective of grooming young pupils for future-leadership role, an effective system of Prefectorialship is practiced in the school for which the children are chosen and appointed for various assignments with exciting and cutting-edge portfolios.
